i’ll take two of these rugs, please. oh heck, i’ll take all three. melbourne designer georgia chapman makes the most beautiful new zealand wool rugs under the label ‘vixen’. i love the deep indigo colored ikat rug on the right but that lacy one at the bottom also has my name on it. one day when i can afford to buy a rug like these (i call them “grown up” rugs) i’ll be a happy girl…a happy girl with a soft lacy rug. click here for more information on georgia’s rugs and how to purchase.

The “masai” rug (on the top left) is gorgeous! I’d love to have one in a nice sunny sitting room.
All her rugs are gorgeous, there are about ten that I want right now more than anything I’ve seen here in the states. Why why why are all the awesome rugs (and other things!) made in New Zealand? And only available there? (Since yeah, I couldn’t afford to buy the rug, much less ship it here, I’m sure.)
Georgina Chapman is Harvey Weinstein’s girlfriend that designs Marchesa…. she’s not doing rugs is she?
Folks, as per the post and the link, Georgina Chapman is based in Melbourne, Australia …. i.e. Melbourne is not in New Zealand and this Georgina is not the Marchesa co-designer.
Also according to link isn’t her name GEORGIA? Not Georgina. I think her rugs are amazing and want to make sure her name is right.
