I heard about this Toronto-based design firm a couple of years ago and have loved them ever since. 3rd Uncle Design does it all – workspaces, retail, restaurants, hotels and of course, residential spaces. Their designs have an organic flair, with lots of gorgeous timber used throughout. That coupled with the expanses of windows and modern lines makes this firm memorable in my books.

I love this firm. Their redesign of the Drake Hotel on Queen St. (also in Toronto) is fantastic, I’ve been a fan of their work for a long time.
The Barcelona chair has such a nice contrast against the greenery.
