etsy has a section of their website called the storque where they write about trends, sellers and all sorts of etsy-related topics. i contributed a short trends piece on black and pink using etsy sellers as examples right here. my favorite section so far is “funny forum quotes“. can’t wait to see the next installment of that one. I would have liked to have seen the pink and black items that would contribute toward a home decor collection in a plethora of options like the purple and red “trends” treated to. it doesn’t seem fair.

mini trend? pink and black have been coming back for several decades! always a possible solution. not a new trend but a standby color solution.

I love painting with these colors and find that adding a bit of pink raises sales a bit :D
I think Coco Chanel was the first to make this color combo fashionable.
My business is built upon variations of this theme. I try to get away from it, but it keeps coming back to me and I do love it.
