A friend of mine has them in a few windows in her house and they cast lovely, subtle showers of light across different rooms throughout the day as the sun passes over from morning to night. Also, since the wind sways the ball, the lights move!<br/><br/>And don't you worry about how to hide a pole when the parents come into town.
