posting will start a bit later today, around 11 or so. i’m still recovering from probably the biggest surprise i’ve gotten in years last night. after drudging into the city supposedly to go some rather cruddy soul food restaurant outside of penn station, ac informed me that we would not be meeting our friends at the cruddy restaurant. in fact, we would not be meeting them at all. instead, we’d be going to the justin timberlake concert. i don’t think i believed him until justin actually came on stage. i’ll admit it, i, d*s, am a huge JT fan (but an even bigger AC fan). so needless to say, it was a seriously awesome night. that boy can dance. i mean, dance. we didn’t get home until pretty late so i’m going to take a quick nap and then come back. see you guys in a bit.

Another Shade of Grey

I’ve been a closeted fan of JT’s music for quite some time now. It’s my guilty pleasure. ;)

I saw him last time he was in NYC and seriously I’m not lying when I say this was one of the greatest live shows I’ve ever seen. He was really really good. What a great surprise for you!

design*sponge

I think the real question is, what did AC think? My boy admits that JT has talent but he still wouldn’t go to the show (last time around). I think he was a little jealous he missed “Dick in a Box” though.

Amy

i am sooooo jealous! yummy, i love him. i came out of the JT closet after the first album. i would love to see him live!

k in ditmas

saw in february show… fantastic! altho, must admit that beyonce’s show 2 wks ago was even hotter :)

raya

I saw him in LA and screamed my head off like a 12 year old – but it was so fun. JT is one of those artists who you’d be surprised how many people like. Some of the most “manly” guys I know were jealous that I was going to see him, because he is such an amazing musician and performer. Huge points for ac on this one!

design*sponge

in ac’s own words:

“watching jt last night made we wish i’d spent more time learning to dance. learn to dance, fellas- it will pay off.”

The guy can dance. And sing. And make the girls melt. You are one lucky lady. I saw him in March and boy, it feels like yesterday. You should see if you could set up an interview with him…Maybe on the design of his home…or body;)

what a great surprise..nice job, AC! ;)
i’ll admit that i did go to an N’Sync concert back in the day and only went to watch JT do his thing…sooo good!

ASD

Love it! What a fantastic surprise. Tell AC to look into “Body Jam” classes at the gym- they are pre-choreographed dances that are a fantastic work out. Helps that my teacher is a trained dancer and looks like she could be in a music video, but has definitely given me some new moves on the dance floor. Funtimes!

Ms. O

Boy I can sure feel the JT Love. If you have HBO or know someone who does JT is airing one of his shows on Labor Day. It is already in my TIVO!!!

priya

Grace I saw him Wednesday night and it was amazing! Yaaaay for you and ac!

priya

Oh and Ms O…. the HBO Labor Day show was taped at the show I attended on Wednesday at MSG. Hot hot hot!

Mel

im totally jealous. i went to see janet jackson in concert years ago and NSYNC opened for them. he could dance way back then too…but he’s much sexier now…
