i’ve got calligraphy on the brain lately and i’m loving these two links lisa at good on paper sent over. the first is to bluebird studios, run by artist rebecca trawick. rebecca does collage work as well as some really beautiful hand-lettering (shown above) that would be perfect for any number of projects. in addition to bluebird studios, lisa sent over a link to may+bell calligraphy and design. run by designer maybelle-inmasa stukuls (whose work you’ll recognize if you’ve ever read an issue of martha stewart weddings), may+belle is chock-full of stunning calligraphy work. whether you’re looking to hire someone for invitation work or just need a little wednesday eye candy, i highly suggest checking them both out.
