There are still a few pieces that my kids have kept, but gave most away....and now I regret not keeping them. I had no idea they were so wonderful until they were out of my cupboards. The quality is the best and the people are very friendly. In fact, I ran into an old associate there. <br/><br/>From what I understand, the company's been there for 60 years! They have this uber cool couple that bought out the company, revamped it and even kept the around some of the employees that have been working there for 30 years...They pay all their workers benefits and have cool old factory that makes the same designs as it did 50 something years ago.<br/><br/>I've never seen anything like it. The cool thing about it is that you can find one off custom dishes in the clearance that nobody else has and likely not to be made again. I found these cool square platters that were made for AIA and placed on sale. From what I understand, the company’s been there for 60 years! I love Heath Ceramics, know they are expensive, etc. but this is just a big waste of dinero.
