dutch design group wat design has taken the idea of product design to its bare essentials. wat’s “zer00:00″ clock contains a faceplate and battery that makes for simple, functional design. changing a battery frequently isn’t my idea of a good time, but it’s a fun little concept. click here for more info on wat design.

Ouf! I really love that clock, but their site doesn’t seem to have any information at all about where to buy one…?

FWIW, I think the battery would last a very long time, as the clock really isn’t drawing much current, and a 9v battery is relatively large for that application.
