our trip to chicago was awesome, but after some major plane issues getting home and a pretty hectic weekend i’m gonna use today to get some paperwork done and rest up for tomorrow. i’m gonna get the newsletter out today and i’ll be back tomorrow with oodles and oodles of fresh finds and to those of you who came to the meetup- it was so, so wonderful to meet you all. i can’t thank you enough for coming out in the rain and having fun with all of us. at one point i counted 37 people at the bar, our section and the side tables so the d*s design crowd was celebrating in full force. thanks so much for everything guys, keep in touch!

glad you enjoyed our city! i just started reading your blog and i’m finding great ideas for my new apartment.
You’ll have to come to Toronto some day! A design*sponge meet up in Canada would be great.
It was wonderful to meet the genius (and her special someone) behind this blog, as well as some fabulous Chicago peeps of the design (and non-design) persuasion. I truly had a blast, and hope that you guys will be back soon so we can do it all over again! Thanks for coordinating.
