design*sponge, I am sorry, every time you post about this vendor I am going to re-post my complaint. This time is particularly bothersome because I ordered these exact bowls and am still trying to glue all the pcs together.
The website says nothing about the fact that items are shipped with absolutely no consideration for handling. I received a glass mosaic item that was wrapped in one layer of brown paper. Shipped to the US from Europe. Guess how it arrived?
Enjoy the photos but don’t purchase.

i wanted to address your comment from a personal standpoint. i’ve ordered many items from this vendor, as have many friends of mine- we’ve never had any problems with delivery, so i’m terribly sorry you’ve had problems, but i’d suggest you contact dutch by design directly for a refund. if you’d like i can put you in touch with them directly- i’ve just never had a problem so it seems so odd. i’m not disputing what you’ve been through, but perhaps you should touch base with them to see what they can do to make it up to you? i’m happy to put them in touch with you. feel free to shoot me an email and i’ll happily help out in any way i can.
